Minimal and outline CSS buttons
Minimal buttons stay out of the way: outlines, ghost buttons, hairline borders and text links with an arrow. They make good secondary actions next to a bolder primary button.
Tips for minimal CSS buttons
Minimal does not mean invisible. Give outline buttons a hover state that fills or darkens, and make sure the border has at least 3:1 contrast with the background so people can see the button edge.
